Originally built in c1830 as Griffith's Corn Mill, the hotel expanded in 2001 with the addition of the south wing, connected by an internal bridge over the Shropshire Union Canal. We offer five room grades, from Standard Rooms in the original Mill Building to spacious Club Class Rooms and the luxurious Champagne Suite in the South Wing. All rooms are en suite and include Sky TV and Wi-Fi. The Mill boasts extensive dining options. The award-winning, waterside Canaletto Restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily, offering both à la carte and table d'hôte menus, with Dine & Dance evenings on Fridays and Saturdays. The L'eau Cuisine, our broad-beam restaurant cruiser moored alongside the hotel, offers lunch and dinner cruises seven days a week, accommodating up to 50 people with a licensed bar and dance floor. Special events include Queen Mary Crown Cruises and Roman High Tea Cruises. The Brasserie Flambé Steak Restaurant (open Sunday-Thursday) serves various starters, main courses, desserts, and specialty flamed coffees. The Peppermill Trattoria, located on the ground floor of the south wing, is ideal for a light lunch after the gym, with a selection of sandwiches, baked potatoes, and salads. Finally, the Deli Bar in our Real Ale Bar offers traditional homemade bar meals.
