The property overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is in front of 1 kilometer of beach. Downtown Cabo is 9 kilometers away, the famous Cabo San Lucas Arch is 15 kilometers away and the center of the sister city of San José del Cabo is 41 kilometers away. Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is located 54 kilometers from the hotel.

***The hotel accepts a maximum of 2 pets per room (dogs and cats only) with an additional charge of $150.00 USD per pet, per week. Maximum weight of 22 kilos/50 pounds.

***Upon check-in, the hotel will directly charge a deposit of $100.00 USD, which will be refunded as long as the room is not damaged or requires additional cleaning. This charge is per room, per stay.

***At the request of the local municipality, the hotel will charge a mandatory tax of $79.19 MXN or $3.86 USD per room, per night, to be paid directly at the property.

***The hotel's beach is not safe for guests to swim, due to strong currents that could lead even the most experienced swimmers to dangerous conditions. The hotel strongly recommends that guests stay away from the shore.
