Tukan Hotel Playa del Carmen

The Tukan Playa del Carmen Hotel is surrounded by tropical flora and fauna, a short distance from the beach. It offers a privileged location on the famous Fifth Avenue and has free WiFi throughout the property. In addition, it is within walking distance of the main shopping centers, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, allowing you to enjoy the nature and tradition of the destination.

The standard rooms, the luxury rooms and the 1 and 2 bedroom rooms are located in the central buildings; the family suites, the luxury tower and the basic rooms are also located in our 2 additional buildings, surrounded by nature. All rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and safe. All are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV, a private bathroom with a shower and a balcony or terrace. The pool is part of the general services of Tukan Hotels.

The La Ceiba restaurant offers a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of drinks, and is located outside the hotel.

The Tukan Hotel Playa del Carmen is located a short distance from the main parks, cenotes and attractions of the Riviera Maya. ADO International Bus Station is 900 metres from the hotel, while Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal is 1.1 km from the property. The nearest airport is Cozumel International Airport, 20 km from the property.

This property is a 45-minute drive from Cancun International Airport. Parking is available, subject to availability.

Cleaning is done every 4 nights in the Basic Tukan room.

***During the check-in process, it will be mandatory for each guest to present their CURP at the reception (only applies to the Mexican market).

***After booking room #10, you're considered a group and the hotel doesn't allow that number of rooms in a single reservation due to its group policies.

***The local government has a mandatory tax of $34.00 MXN for 1 guest per room, per night; or $51.00 MXN for 2 or more guests per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel.

***The hotel's full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) includes: alcoholic beverages during meals and alcoholic beverages (from 10:00 to 22:00 hrs at the La Ceiba restaurant for on-site consumption, not to take away). Half board (breakfast, lunch or dinner) includes: alcoholic drinks during meals.

***Reservations with a breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plan receive welcome drinks at the La Ceiba restaurant.

***Additional Fees: -Extra guest $280.00 MXN or $18.00 USD per guest per night. -Breakfast for adults $550.00 MXN or $35.00 USD per guest. -Breakfast for children from 4 to 11 years old: $135.00 MXN or $8.00 USD per person per day.

***The rooms with the description “Tower” (Deluxe Tukan Tower and Family Tukan Tower) are located in the annex building, not in the main building.

***The Tukan Basic room does NOT include daily cleaning service (provided every 4 nights) and is located in an outside building.
