Hotel Club del Sol Acapulco by NG Hoteles is located in the Acapulco Golden Zone, near major shopping centers, movie theaters, bars, and nightclubs in the hotel zone of Acapulco. The hotel is on Costera Miguel Alemán Avenue, only 250 meters (820 ft) from the beach and 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) from the Zócalo and downtown. Acapulco International Airport (ACA) is 25 kilometers (15.5 mi) from the hotel.

The hotel offers 240 guest rooms distributed in three categories throughout four seven-story buildings. Accommodations are fitted with amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV, in-room safe, direct dial telephone, and private bathroom with shower (subject to availability).

Facilities include two pools, a children's pool, and a lounge terrace on the seventh floor, which is exclusive for couples and guests over 18 years of age, which has two small pools, sun loungers, music, and bar service.
