Direction From Calgary Highway#1: 100 km West of Calgary on Hyw 1 Take Canmore Town Center exit 3rd exit and turn right on Palliser Trail at the T junction turn onto Benchlands Trail at the 2nd light onto Bow Valley Trail. Bear Country Lodge is 1/2km west on the left side, just before the hospital. Directions From Vancouver/Banff 20km east of Banff on Hwy 1 take the Canmore Town Center on the Bow Valley Trail cross through the intersection of Railway Avenue (A&W on your left) and approximately 1/2km west Bear Country Lodge will be on your left just before the hospital. From Calgary Hwy1A through Cochrane/ exit shaw follow thru towards Canmore Town center on Bow Valley Trail cross thru the interesection of Railway Ave and aproximimately 1/2 km west Bear Country will be on your left just before the Hospital.
