Albergo Il Colombaio

The Inn “il Colombaio” derived from an old grange keeping alive the typical Chianti style. Those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of daily routine will find peace and tranquillity at this establishment. The building reflects perfectly its origins thanks to the use of local materials such as the cotto paving and the chestnut beams along with wrought iron bed heads, oak cupboards, oak large tables. The beautiful gardens immersed in the typical green of this unique region overlooking over the valley of Chianti on one side and the Medieval town on the other. The pool, open from mid April to mid October, is located in the park where sunbeds and umbrella are at clients' disposition. All our rooms dispose of free Wi-Fi and other minor “sweet nothings”.
