A quiet haven in the heart of North Devon, this 15th-century former coaching inn is drive away from Tintagel Castle, the rumoured birthplace of King Arthur. It has a pool, a gym, and free parking on site. Woodford Bridge Country Club is a charming thatched building, with a variety of elegant rooms. Each spacious self-catering apartment offers an en suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar, and dinner in the restaurant. Food is made from high-quality local ingredients. Woodford Bridge has a library where guests can relax with a book, and a peaceful garden. There are a number of picturesque Devonshire towns in the surrounding area, and Exmoor National Park is an hour's drive away. POLICIES: The resort requires a credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment on check-in. Contact the resort if you will arrive later than 23:59 on day of arrival. Bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to the separate Terms & Conditions. Special Requests cannot be guaranteed. Adapted rooms are subject to availability. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or to terminate your stay where any Guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour. Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place at any time. While the resort will keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance.
