The residence is located in the south-western part of France, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, Perigord and Gascogny. Restaurants and bars are located in Barbaste, about 100 m from the hotel. Guests are welcomed into a lobby at this apartment hotel. Facilities include a hotel safe, TV lounge and a children's playground. Conference facilities are available for business travellers. The residence with its 220 apartments also offers 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a café and a free car park. All apartments are equipped with a complete kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and electric hobs. All en suite bathrooms come with a shower and a bath. The WC may be in the bathroom or separate from it. Each apartment also has satellite/cable TV, individually regulated heating and a terrace.
