About hotel

Servatur Terrazamar & Sunsuite is 3 resorts (Terrazamar, Sunsuites and Royal), located on the sunniest slope of Puerto Rico, south of Gran Canaria. They are just a few minutes walk from the beach and the tourist center, where you can find numerous shops and places of leisure and entertainment, as it is located in front of the new shopping centers in the area. Its apartments have spacious and well equipped rooms with all comforts (fully equipped and independent kitchen), living room and the best terraces in Puerto Rico. They have been recently renovated. Depending on the roomtype you select, you will stay in one complex or another, but you can use all the facilities.*(Bathrobe and slippers, pool towels, nuts, sparkling wine and extra pillow and cushion are free services included in Apartment Superior With Jacuzzi Terrazamar)* The complex also has heated outdoor pools, restaurant for breakfast buffet and refreshing drinks and snacks at the pool bar. And for sports enthusiasts, we have a tennis court. Also a playground and miniclub are available for children. At 300m you have a public transport stop and you will also have parking spaces at your disposal. The Royal pool will closed during the winter season ***“Miniclub will be closed temporally”** *From 06/24 onwards, continental breakfast will be available at the poolbar starting 9:00 am.
