This upscale 18-story high-rise is located in Central Destin on the beach. Its central location offers easy access to all of Destins many recreational facilities including dining, deep-sea fishing, water sports, tennis, theme parks and numerous championship golf courses. The high rise design of the hotel provides the space and convenience of a condo and hotel. The hotels 24-hour front desk accommodates all guests with efficient and friendly service. During the peak seasons there are many on-site amenities that make it the perfect destination resort such as a convenience store for seasonal beach and vacation needs, 16 handicap equipped units, handicap boardwalk and beach viewing platform, complimentary wireless internet, fax service, voice-mail and wake-up call services, in-room safes (most units), free movie rentals and seasonal children's recreation programs. As well, it offers a great casual restuarant and spaciuos meeting room for reunions or business meetings. Sun Destin features spacious 1-, 2- and up to 3-bedroom units with private balconies, fully equipped kitchens and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This hotel features spacious indoor/outdoor and heated seasonally, a great Fitness room and an indoor Hot tub. From Ft Walton Beach: Traveling east on Highway (Hwy) 98, cross the Destin Bridge and continue approximately 6.5 km. Sundestin Beach Resort will be on your right. From Bid-bay bridge going in to Destin Hwy 293 going south, after the birdge on the traffic light turn right to Hwy 98 heading west. Approximately 5 km west Sundestin will be on your left hand side, right across the street Wendy's (fastfood restaurant)
