The hotel is located on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, between Sosua and Cabarete. In only a few minutes, guests can reach the famous beach of Cabarete, also known as the The Centre of Windsurfing', or the town of Sosua with its beautiful bay and numerous restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping opportunities. The airports of La Union, Cibau and Las Américas (Santo Domingo) are roughly 8 km, 85 km and 270 km away, respectively. The family-friendly resort is a complex of 30 tropical dream villas especially adapted for foreign guests. Facilities include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange, conference facilities, WLAN Internet access, room and laundry services, and car park. The air-conditioned resort also employs housekeepers, gardeners and swimming pool staff, everything guests need for a holiday free of worries. Each villa is fully furnished and some have a barbecue and hot tub. All of the villas feature their own electricity, water, telephone, cable TV, en suite bathroom with shower and bath, double bed, radio, hifi system, safe, ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and terrace. The villas also come with a complete kitchen with utensils, fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. The resort features an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. Guests also have the opportunity to go horse riding. There is a golf course about 20 km from the resort. For an additional fee, there are sun loungers and parasols at the sandy beach.
