About hotel

This attractive facility is located just 50 m away from the main beach of Porto Ottiolu and from the marina, an elegant meeting point for shopping and the night life.  The facility, which surrounds the swimming pool (open from the 15th of June until the 15th of September) and green areas, the apartments are spread over 2 floors, ground floor or first floor. They are well-equipped with all the necessary for cooking, the cleaning, TV, air- conditioning and washing machine, each apartment has its own private patio or terrace. The Residence provides also parking place, barbecue areas and outdoor showers, WiFi available in the Reception's area only. NB. Please be aware that mandatory costs will be requested on the spot (City tax, final cleaning, services costs and comfort card) read below all the informations about it. Also a Mandatory Deposit to be paid at arrival € 200 and refundable at the check-out if no damage.
