This charming city hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a few minutes from Rossio, the historical city centre, the tourist office and the Grão Vasco Museum. Guests will find a number of restaurants, bars, nightlife spots, shops and links to the public transport network all on the hotel's doorstep, in the centre of Viseu. Netas train station is approximately 20 kms from the historical hotel, and the beach in Aveiro is an hour's drive away. This charming hotel was built on the site of Viseu's historical hospital, which opened in 1842. Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel offers 84 rooms in total, and facilities include a lobby, bar and restaurant. Guests may relax on the sun loungers and parasols, work out in the gym, go horse riding or undergo various relaxing procedures at the SPA centre. The Montebelo golf course is approximately 20 kms from the hotel.
