The hotel is located south of the Harz Mountains in Thuringia, in the heart of Germany. It is in the mountain region of Kyffhäuser, in the town of Bad Frankenhausen. The hotel is situated right on the edge of the forest. Barbarossa Cave and Rottleben are also only about 6 km from the hotel. The nearest bus station is about 210 metres away.
