This apartment complex is located in Puerto Rico, about 800 m from the beach and 5 minutes from the city centre. The surrounding area offers several restaurants, bars and shops. Gran Canaria Airport is approximately 75 km away. The complex has 45 apartments with a lobby and 24-hour security cameras.
