María Elena city& Beach condo enjoys a privileged location, right at the Marina, and at the other side walking distance to the public beach. It also provides quick and easy access, only 5-7 minutes walikng distance, to Puerto Paraiso Mall, all bars, restaurants and coffee shops and to the vibrant nightlife at the downtown as well. The studio features Wi-Fi and private car parking on site. Its a safe gated entry. Uber is downstairs, water taxi is on front of the condo. There us a market right down the street. Offering a balcony and a sitting area, the interior design offers soundproof windows, as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The property is also furnished with a sofa and a writing desk. A separate toilet, a bath, and a shower are offered in the bathroom. Furthermore, complimentary toiletries, a shower cap, and towels is available. ***At the request of the local municipality, the hotel will charge a mandatory tax of $79.19 MXN or $3.86 USD per room, per night, to be paid directly at the property.
