About hotel

The hotel is located 350 metres from Manilva and only 2 km from Puerto de la Duquesa with its bars and restaurants. The beach is around 1.5 km away and Sotogrande is 15 km from the property. The residence is surrounded by vineyards and offers fantastic views of the sea and mountains. This holiday village was built in 2009 and comprises 134 apartments distributed across 9 fully air-conditioned buildings. Additional facilities include a café and WLAN Internet access. Those arriving by car may use the garage and in their leisure time guests can take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The apartments feature a cosy lounge with a sofa bed, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. Additional facilities include individually regulated air conditioning and a charming balcony.
