This apartment complex is situated in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, which enjoys a good climate the whole year round. Countless thalasso therapy centres as well as medical services are to be found nearby. It is only a couple of minutes from restaurants and bars. Links to the public transport network, the beach and the centre are all situated within 800 m of the complex. It is approximately 1.5 km to the water park, while Gran Canaria Airport lies some 57 km from the hotel. This 2-storey apartment complex offers a total of 51 apartments spread over 2 floors, as well as a lobby. The one and two-bed apartments have an en suite bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and ceramic glass hobs. The sofa in the lounge area can be transformed into an extra bed. Also to be found within the apartments are satellite TV, an electronic hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. Leisure facilities include gardens with swimming pool for adults and a small one for children, sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
