Cosy terraced house "La Volta", renovated in 2016. In the centre, in a sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, road to cross. Private: terrace (15 m2), garden furniture. Room cleaning on request (extra). Public parking on the road. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, sandy beach "Miggiano" 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Castro 7 km, Otranto 15 km, Gallipoli 48 km, Lecce 50 km, Alberobello - Trulli 160 km. Please note: Property ref. IT6810.1.1 is situated on the same property. 1-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor. Partly renovated in 2016, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table, kitchen corner and TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase). Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Entrance bathroom 1,20mt high, floor shower.
