This complex is situated close to the Hotel Atrium, only 10 minutes' walk away from the historic city centre and 15-20 minutes from the closest sandy beach. The nearest links to the public transport network are 100 m away. The complex is a great choice for a stay in Split and guests will find a shopping centre (400 m) offering many additional activities including bars, restaurants, a cinema and shops nearby. It lies 28 km from Split Airport. This apartment complex is located in a quiet part of one of the oldest cities in Croatia; today the country's 2nd largest city. It offers 2 apartments each newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Both apartments have a private parking space near the apartment complex. The spacious apartment offers 100 m² and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, a large kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with a shower. The other apartment has 1 bedroom, a kitchen and dining area, a living room and a private bathroom with a shower, all newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a workout in the gym just 5 minutes away and there is a sandy beach located 15-20 minutes' walk from the complex with sun loungers and parasols available for use. There is no 24/7 reception desk opened, therefore the guests are kindly required to inform about estimated time of arrival at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
