Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites is an all-inclusive family hotel located on the beachfront in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Student groups are defined by the hotel as any guest between 16 and 23 years of age traveling together. Requests from student and youth groups will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will require prior approval from the hotel before confirmation. The minimum entry age is 18. At least one adult aged 25 years or older per room is required to check in. This adult will assume full responsibility for the behavior of the students. The accompanying adult must be the parent or legal guardian, or, if a third party, must submit legal documentation duly signed by the parents or legal guardians. In the event of inappropriate behavior, lack of respect for hotel staff and/or other guests, or physical damage to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest without refund or refund for the remaining nights. If the damages exceed the deposit of $200.00 USD per room, the full cost of the damage will be charged to the guest's room and will be paid upon departure. If no damage is incurred, the deposit will be refunded. Children's Policy: All guests under 18 years of age will receive a bracelet in an easily identifiable color. In case of damage, alteration or misuse of the bracelet, the minor's guardian will be charged a fine of $450.00 USD or its equivalent in local currency at the current exchange rate. The Hotel Management reserves the right to expel any guest who alters or violates the policies of Iberostar Hotels and Resorts without a refund or refund for the remaining nights, or to contact local authorities if it deems it necessary. ***Spring Break Policy.
