The property is next to Velasco Palace and Real Cárcel building, within a 1-kilometer (0.6 mi) radius from San Salvador de la Punta Castle, Museum of the Revolution, Bacardí Building, the National Capitol Building, José Martí Statue, and the Great Theater.
