We offer two options in the lodging plan: Plan with breakfast included or Plan with food and drinks included, to adapt to the travel style of our guests. Both options can be enjoyed in the restaurant located on the hotel terrace with panoramic views, pool, work area and relaxation areas. As our name says, we want you to feel Tulum and for this we provide you with a transportation system that will make it easier for you to explore the destination, and we have also included stops in incredible places that are sure to make your trip something special. From your arrival, our Host will be at your disposal to be your accomplice in this adventure. Organize your transport, discover special places and live every moment to the fullest. ***The reservation holder must show official photo identification. ***At check-in, each guest must present their CURP at the front desk (applicable only to the Mexican market). ***The Siente Basic Room does not include daily cleaning service; cleaning is done every 4 nights. ***After booking room #10, you are considered a group and the hotel does not allow that number of rooms in a single reservation due to its group policies. ***The hotel will charge a service or resort fee of $50.00 MXN per person per night. This charge includes: use of bicycles and transfers to iconic sites in Tulum. ***Before your trip, check with the national government for the entry and stay requirements of the country you are visiting. Please note that it is the traveler's responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations established by the destination country.
