The holiday village occupies 50,000 m2 of land and consists of 47 bungalow-type blocks from 2 to 3 floors high with no main building and no lifts. The air-conditioned hotel offers 404 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service.
