It also has parking for 1 vehicle. Its location is very convenient: just a 7-8 minute walk from Rodadero Beach and very close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, agencies, and all kinds of stores. At the same time, it is far enough away from the nighttime noise, making it an ideal place to rest. The building offers a panoramic pool, with access allowed for 2 hours per day per apartment. *** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MANDATORY FEES: - The property will charge a registration bracelet fee of COP 15,000 per guest per stay, pay in cash. - A cleaning fee of COP 90,000 per apartment and stay will be charged.
