It has 14 pools, one of them saltwater, a fitness center, and two Spas that provide exclusive treatments and detoxifying temascal sessions. The hotel also offers water and land sports, such as kayaking, snorkeling, tennis, and volleyball. The resort has 14 restaurants and 17 bars, stocked with produce from its own vegetable and spice greenhouse. It also offers wedding planning service, especially for honeymoons or anniversaries, concierge assistance, beach and pool butlers, a tour desk, and a car rental agency. In addition, the hotel offers access to the services, restaurants and activities at El Dorado Royale. The 203 casitas suites are ideal for couples, as they are fitted with a Spa-style bath and an outdoor shower. The houses are grouped in two-story buildings and there are some with private pools.
