The hotel is the recipient of the AAA Four Diamond rating and is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. Its Unlimited-Luxury® concept includes 486 spacious and luxurious rooms and suites with daily refurbished minibars, 24-hour room service, free WiFi, premium domestic and imported food and drinks, daily activities, evening shows, a children's club, and activities for teenagers. This service includes Unlimited Connectivity, which allows free calls and messages, contact with staff, and booking tours and spa services through an app on your cell phone or tablet. The hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 10 kilos (22 lb) in rooms and offers special amenities for them (rates and restrictions apply). The hotel has three pools: an adult-only infinity pool, an activity pool and a children's pool; an adult-only outdoor jacuzzi on each side of the complex; a children's playground; and a world-class spa with a hydrotherapy area and a beauty salon.
