The apartment complex is located in Roquetas de Mar, only 50 m from the beach and few steps to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, the tourist centre, shops and the public transport network. Almeria Airport lies around 37 km away. Renovated in 2004, this 10-storey complex has a total of 126 apartments, of which 2 are wheelchair accessible. The complex includes a foyer, a hotel safe, and lift access. Those arriving by car may make use of the parking garage for an additional fee. The apartments all come with an integrated living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a kitchen with a fridge, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a washing machine, and either a balcony or terrace. In addition, a direct dial telephone, a TV, an iron and ironing board, a double bed, heating, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. The complex features a swimming pool as well as sun loungers and parasols. The hotel's indoor swimming pool may also be used by guests. The nearest golf course lies around 500 m from the complex. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use on the beach (available at an additional fee).
