Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast, available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The tour desk can provide information about the area. downtown Cancun is a 10-minute drive away and Nizuc Water Park is 20 minutes away. Our shuttle service is a special courtesy exclusively for our guests; however, transportation is subject to availability and may be limited for last minute bookings. To ensure your transfer, guests must contact the hotel and provide valid flight details at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The shuttle service between the airport and the hotel starts at 2:00 p.m. and is repeated every hour until 10:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the hotel offers various local transportation arrangements for an additional fee.
