The hotel is set within a beautiful natural landscape. It is fully immersed in greenery, with a stunning view out over the sea. The property is some 300 m from the centre of Sperlonga, and about 800 m from the beach. The bus station is just 300 m from the hotel doorstep, while Fondi-Sperlonga Railway Station is just 15 minutes away on public transport. The hotel, recently built in Mediterranean style, enjoys an extraordinary location on the hill that dominates the historic district of Sperlonga. It comprises a total of 16 guest rooms and offers a number of facilities, including a lobby, a breakfast room and ample parking for those arriving by car.
