This hotel is located on Prince Consort Road, next door to the Royal Albert Hall and 850 m from the centre of Hyde Park. The Victoria and Albert Museum and South Kensington tube station are a 5-minute walk from the hotel, the famous Harrods department store is 15 minutes' walk, and Victoria train station and the West End are both around 15 minutes on public transport. London Heathrow airport is approximately 24 km from the hotel. This is one of Imperial College London's oldest and most historic buildings. This Grade II listed building retains its historic ambience and offers 258 en suite and standard bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. Facilities available to guests at the family-friendly city hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a newspaper stand, TV lounge, cafe, bar and a restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities and wireless Internet access. The guest rooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, or shared bathroom facilities.
