About hotel

This attractive apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location just 300 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. It is just a short distance from many shopping and entertainment venues and the nearest bus stop is 300 m away. Addaya harbour is around 2 km away and the stunning lagoon of Fornells is roughly 12 km away. The transfer time to the airport takes around half an hour. The welcoming complex was renovated in 2003 and features 11 different houses in the form of a small village, surrounded by a garden. Facilities include a self-service laundrette and a car park for those arriving by car. Each of the tasteful apartments is unique, with 1, 2 or 3 rooms. They include an en suite bathroom, a dining room, a separate bedroom and a separate or American-style kitchenette. In addition to this they include a microwave, a TV and plenty more, as well as a terrace with two hammocks. In the outdoor complex guests will find a sun terrace with a swimming pool. The nearest golf course (Son Parc) is 6 km away, while the Nàutica de Fornells stadium and a diving school are located around 10 km away.
