Apartments Villa Roza are located in Rozat,  a quiet little place in suburbs of Dubrovnik, 4 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Each Apartment has air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette. Free private parking is available on site, reservation is not needed. All guests have access to common swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, furnished terrace,BBQ facilities and spa which they can use at additional cost of 10 euros per 2 hours. Guests can enjoy local restaurants and walks by the river. The nearest bus stop is 150 meters from the property. Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 17 km away.
