The apartments are situated in various buildings between 50m and 400m from the beach. They are all situated in close proximity to supermarkets and children´s play areas. Playa de Gandía boasts various awards and Blue Flags recognizing the quality of its sea water and services offered throughout the tourist season. The Palacio Ducal is one of the most visited monuments of the town. Gandia has various monuments of historical interest that any visitor should see such as the town hall, the building of the old university, the Colegiata and the tower Torreon del Pino. Furthermore the historical town of Valencia where one can also visit the Museum of Arts and Sciences is situated at about 75km. This property provides comfortable rooms with all the services for a pleasant stay.
