The Residential is a wonderful residential urbanization with an ideal location between the sea and the mountain, located just 300 m. from the urban center of ALCOSSEBRE, which has all the necessary services. Guests will also find the Cargador beach of fine sand at 500 m. ALCOSSEBRE is a town known for its beautiful beaches and the Natural Park of the Sierra de Irta. The residential offers has spectacular green areas and attractive pools for adults and children. Completely fenced complex making it ideal for family holidays. The residential features 1 bedroom apartments to 2 bedrooms apartment. Some of the 2 bedroom apartments can be duplex type. All apartments are equipped with comvenient amenities including terrace furniture. The apartments are located mostly overlooking the pool. They can be on the ground floor or on upper levels, the maximum height is 3 levels.
