Riu Hotels & Resorts
Riu specializes in all-inclusive beach hotels. Founded in Spain in 1953, the chain has earned the trust of its customers due to the personalized service. Riu has more than 100 hotels in over 16 countries, classified into three groups: Classic, Palace, and Club.
Some Riu hotels have a Spa Renova, offering beauty, healthy, and relaxing treatments, as well as a fitness center. Some also have the Pacha nightclub, which operates six days a week. The children's program is available in some Riu Land hotels for kids between 4 and 12 years old.
Riu Classic Hotels
All-inclusive three, four, and five-star beach resorts. Classic hotels offer five-star amenities and services (in-room minibar, room service and concierge) plus other services that have become the signature of Riu's service: buffet dinners featuring Mexican, Brazilian or Japanese specialties, and themed buffet dinners twice a week. Snack and drinks service is available 24 hours and all Classic hotels have at least two specialty restaurants and two bars.
Riu Club hotels
Riu Club hotels are all-inclusive properties; they are three, four, or five-star hotels that offer a great variety of leisure activities and have an excellent beach location. They have a wide range of dinning options, sports, and entertainment.
Riu Palace Hotels
Riu's luxury brand. These hotels offer all the services and amenities of Classic and Club Hotels and are characterized by elegant and elaborate architecture, as well as by important details, heated pools, children's water park, and complimentary wireless internet access. Dining options include buffet and a la carte dinners with restaurants serving Asian, Japanese, and Mexican specialties, tapas, and steaks (options vary according to the destination). Riu Palace hotels also offer the Krystal restaurant, which integrates space, lighting, and decoration with efficient staff and a menu that combines ingredients, flavors, and textures from around the globe.
