What to bring by season

The driest months in Tijuana are from May to September, when light showers may occur. During the day, temperatures can reach 29 or 30 °C (84-86 °F) with a higher thermal sensation, especially with the Santa Ana warm winds from the interior. The nights are drier and cooler with temperatures ranging between 13 and 18 °C (55-64 °F). We suggest packing a sweater or light jacket, a hat or cap, sunglasses, swimsuit, sunscreen, light clothes to werar during the day and comfortable shoes.

The rainy season in Tijuana is between October and April. December and January are the coldest months with an average temperature of 14ºC (57 °F). During the day, temperatures range between 21 and 25 °C (69 and 77 °F), while temperatures at night can decrease to 7 °C (44 °F) or less.
