Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas is a beachfront hotel overlooking Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. It has a Spanish castle-type flair and features two pool complexes. It is located 4.5 kilometers (2.80 mi) from downtown Cabo San Lucas and 2.3 kilometers (1.4 mi) from the marina and the country club. The international airport of Los Cabos (SJD) is 40 kilometers (25 mi) from the hotel.

This all-inclusive family resort has a total of 642 well appointed suites. All junior suites have among their amenities air conditioning, separate sitting area, private bathroom with shower, turndown service, bath amenities, liquor dispenser and private terrace or balcony. Suites have a separate dining area and a whirlpool in the bathroom. Jacuzzi suites feature a private Jacuzzi in the upper floor.
